Lobbied legislative officials to pass regulation for add-on payments for SUD and homeless populations in nursing homes.

Managing operational transition from former to the new owner of the facility.

As an area administrator, supervised executive directors and operations of 4 to 8 nursing home facilities.Established a behavioral management program to care for Veterans and other individuals with diagnosis including Anxiety Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Major Depression, Traumatic BrainInjury, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Bi-Polar Disorder.Established a collaborative effort among nursing home, hospital, home health agency, psych service,Ambulance Company, and insurance companies to reduce patient’s rehospitalization rate as well asreducing the length of stay at the nursing home facility.Performed responsibility for Federal, State, and corporate compliance; analyzed the department of public health’s policies, rules and regulations to advise management team and staff on public health services.Adjustments to internal policies and procedures were made on a weekly basis to meet patients’ needs within the public health policies framework.Participated in the Department of Public Health and Massachusetts Ombudsman Office cultural change initiative to change the nursing home environment into a home-like environment for the patients andresidents.

Started career as the youngest member of a free trade and industrial zone developers as a sustainable development program in Persian Gulf, and gradually progressed into the role of a Director of Commerce Division, a $15 billion operation; and simultaneously Member of the Board of Director for consumer cooperative company, and CEO of the housing cooperative company developing a complex with 300 houses.• The QFA project was assigned to the team by the president of Iran as a self-budgeted project with which no budget was allocated to this project under the mainland’s government budgetary system. This project was involved in creating a comprehensive governing entity outside of the mainland’s government jurisdiction but inside the country’s geographical borders in Persian Gulf.• As the appointed official by the director of the QFA, developed international trade regulations specified to QFA, established free duty import / export systems, and granted over 2000 licenses to local and international merchants during the first 2 years.• Facilitated implementation of a public health project with which a Noble prize winner preventative approach was used to control Malaria epidemic in the area.• Marketed the concept of Free Trade and Industrial Zone among merchants, and contributed to acquiring over 1200 manufacturers including local, mainland, and international investors.• Provided commercial, investment, manufacturing, budgeting, and regulatory consultations to over 2500 entities that resulted in an average of 30% reduction in their overall cost of operations.• Researched and prepared a comprehensive first draft commerce and import/export regulations for the newly established free zone. Presented the new regulations to the Free Trade Zones’ supreme council for approval and permission to be presented in Senate. The new regulations were passed by the senate with no major changes.
