Saeed Ramezani, PhD in Industrial Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST), is currently assistant professor. guidance of more than 30 senior theses and 5 doctoral theses, board member of the Iranian maintenance association, member of the scientific committee and referees of the Iranian maintenance conference, and presenting more than 40 papers in international journals and conferences in the area of maintenance, Reliability & physical assets management, remaining useful life & etc. His research works have been published in journals such as Insight-Non-Destructive Testing and Condition Monitoring, Journal of Central South University, and he is referee of international journals such as IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics.He is the translator and author of twenty books, in the area of asset management, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) in equipment, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, MRO-Spare Part Management & Optimization, and several areas of maintenance & asset management. And he is the co-author of "Cases on Optimizing the Asset Management Process" book from IGI Global publication.He is the President of i-REAM (institute of Reliability Engineering & Asset Management) since 2014. He has more than 20 year experience of consultancy in area of maintenance and asset management in petroleum, gas, petrochemical, railway, electricity generation and distribution, power plants, water and wastewater, steel and copper production, cement, port & etc. he has hold more than 700 training workshops in industries and different companies in this area.
