• Performed Windows patching through SCCM 2012. • Daily duties includes:• Creating records for patching, scheduling, pushing patches, installing, rebooting, doing quality check, trouble shooting• Generating reports to reflect the patch management progress and management reports• Configuration of SCCM, using collections using dynamic queries for dynamic update of the collections• Software distribution of requested and scheduled software via software distribution of SCCM 2012• Inventory updates of hardware and software using SCCM inventory reporting• Pushing and installation of SCCM 2012 agents on the systems to be managed by SCCM 2012• Day to day administration and troubleshooting of SCCM related issues• Documentation and knowledge transfer to team members for SCCM lessons learns and best practices implementation

Performed daily Systems Administration and successfully completed following projects: Datacenter Migration Part of the team to migrate 4000 virtual and 1500 physical Windows based servers on IBM hardware. QA & Dev Infrastructure Implementation Part of the team to design and implement Wintel server infrastructure for QA and Dev environment including File and Print servers,IIS Web Servers, server assembly, rack and stack, networking, image deployment, configuration, Clustering, testing, performance monitoring, backups and documentation.Infrastructure Monitoring &OptimizationPart of the team to reduce the number of servers, perform the server consolidation and utilize virtualization technologies to reduce IT costs and meet business SLA. Implemented infrastructure monitoring using SCOM for performance measurement and monitoring using SCOM management packs.
