Designation: Recruitment CoordinatorJobs and Responsibilities• Resources: Agencies, Naukri, monster, times jobs, LinkedIn, shine. • Sectors Handled: Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemical Fertilizers, Petrochemicals, Construction, FMCG, OFFSHORE-ONSHORE, Hotel etcUsing sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to provide manpower to client Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry (oil & gas), what they do and their work culture and environment.Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media (e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines);Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates.Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the client’s vacancy.Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates as per industrial standards.Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the employer.Briefing the candidate about the job responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job to get their desired profile.Writing CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;Organizing interviews for candidate as requested by the client;Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates;Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression;Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmers

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and• Distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received• Makes intra- and inter-campus deliveries of requested surplus office furniture and merchandise maintains records of all deliveries.• Fills supply requisitions; assists buyer to order adequate merchandise and supplies; delivers orders to faculty and staff.• Receives, stores, tags and tracks surplus property; prepares property lists for items to be sold at auction • Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.• Ships canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.• Delivers and sets up furniture for various campus events as requested.• Handles and documents storage and transportation of Order materials.• Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.• Make all Data Entry and work as secretary to the manager. • Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property.• May serve as a lead worker to other classified staff in the area.• Make day to day update to manager and Head Office To
