- Project Management and scheduling for Pavement Markings worth close to $10M in the span of 6 years- Developed an equation for a priority model for roadside barriers by analyzing and researching previous contract documents and design strategies - Spearheaded the development of inspection guidelines for Safety Rest Areas on Highway(s) right-of-way resulting in accurate data collection and prompt maintenance efforts-Supervised and Mentored 2 junior inspectors on different asset inspections and field work methodology- Led the Initiative to revamp inspection guidelines to accurately reflect the condition ratings based on new techniques used for Road/Pavement Markings-Led the Initiative to restructure 15k+ roadside signs and assign MUTCDC codes to TAC's recommendations- Conducted field inspections for road surfaces, barriers, embankments, culverts, and road markings.- Calculated Deterioration curves for vegetation to use in analysis software- Based on previous plans and work completed in 2022, drafted reconciliation for the vegetation program- Led the presentation for a High-level summary of Road markings for the Yearly review meeting- Summarized and presented a pilot project to relevant stakeholders- Assessed Corridor planning and made suggestions to improve the entire Highway Network of the Yukon based on previous consultant research
