Participated in extensive process mapping and optimization efforts to determine areas suitable for automation. Provided expertise in the selection of the optimal RPA solution based on sustained ROI, judgmental steps, process variation, need for agent interaction, etc. Worked with cross functional teams to determine conventions and standards for Bot-Ids, Single Sign On, VDI prep, Licensing, Performance and DashboardsBig Data:Built a team of Big Data experts to work with a cross functional team on the architecture and processes targeting the new Hadoop Big Data infrastructure at Citi. Advocated the use of the Lambda architecture to provide a 2 speed model for better accuracy and analysis across large sets of data, yet maintaining the ability for real time queries and reporting. Incorporated the NICE/NEXIDIA automated classification of complaints using voice analysis on call recordings. Led multiple geographically distributed development teams responsible for Media Services, IVR and Routing for the Unified IP Product suite. Introduced several initiatives to enhance customer experience including early prototyping, designing for negative paths, enhanced integration and load testing, better documentation, etc. Participated in cross functional teams responsible for product architecture and roadmap.
