- Convert a new build up startup to 35 members in 3 years- In the first steps, I was responsible to develop a team and the platform- Faranesh is a double side business so we solved the challenge of balancing user experience for both sides.- We made noises in the market of Iran so we had too many attacks in our platform and we designed and implemented micro-services for scale up our infrastructure.- We achieved 20K concurrent users after the scale up- We achieved 10k concurrent users in our streaming platform- We had some records in the e-learning industry on our local market in running campaigns with gamification and handle more than 3500 queries per seconds in our MySQL cluster and handle more than 15TB traffic per month with 11 members in the tech team.- Built up two squads base on the scrum method with 85% focus factor and 90-95% done rate.- Designed a mobile application structure and helped the team to develop with react-native- Designed a desktop application structure and helped the team to develop with Electron-JS and Angular2- Designed and lead to make B2B product panel with Angular 4
