The comprehensive study involved load profiling of the industrial unit, wind and solar resource assessment, yield analysis, and technology selection, and optimized the energy mix to ensure reliability and availability for the critical industrial setup.FEED Study – Debottlenecking of Ethylene and EDC Storage FacilityLed electrical engineering efforts in conducting an adequacy assessment and front-end engineering for the debottlenecking of the Ethylene and EDC storage facility at Engro’s terminals and storage facility. The expansion scope involved establishing a new EDC tank, installing an associated pumping facility, and upgrading three cryogenic submersible Ethylene pumps along with the associated electrical infrastructure.Feasibility Study - 4MW Power Feeder from GridLed a comprehensive feasibility study for a 4MW independent power feeder for an Engro affiliate, employing a careful data-driven approach. Analyzed historical site challenges, and evaluated the current business model, and energy cost contributions and losses under the existing power regime. Identified optimal short- and long-term solutions, considering future power price forecasts, and assessed project risks with effective mitigation strategies.
