Peneraju Tunas BRIDGE Karisma Cambridge English & Digital Marketing. This program offers participants the opportunity to undertake Cambridge English certification, ICDL and Microsoft Office digital skills empowerment programs, as well as relevant soft skills training. The delivery is in the form of scheduled boot camps and online sessions. The foundation, Yayasan Peneraju, covers all boot camp costs, including transportation, accommodation, and meals.

[(LPG) Terminal]• Assisted the Terminal Representative (Loading Master) in managing loading and unloading operations via dedicated berth, ensuring efficient and safe processes.• Led LPG pipeline transfer and trucking operations or supported terminal representatives in these tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.• Conducted routine area inspections to ensure all terminal equipment and facilities were fully functional, taking corrective actions within my competency or escalating issues to the duty SS.• Monitored and adjusted operating conditions using Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to maintain safe and efficient terminal operations.• Maintained comprehensive logbooks and operating logs, documenting temperatures, pressures, flow rates, sample data, and volumes received or shipped.• Responded to emergencies or upset conditions, executing necessary shutdowns or process adjustments to restore stable terminal operations.• Coordinated equipment and area preparation with maintenance teams and contractors before, during, and after handover processes.• Actively participated in safety and quality programs, including Safety Observation Reports (SOR), housekeeping, meetings, and training sessions.• Assisted in investigations and troubleshooting of incidents, accidents, and product losses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.• Contributed to commissioning, start-up, and shutdown activities, adhering to approved operating procedures and general instructions.• Performed minor maintenance tasks and executed scheduled preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.• Carried out tank gauging, sampling, gas testing, and fire-watching duties as required.• Undertook additional assignments and responsibilities as directed by supervisors to support overall terminal operations.

[Utilities and Facilities]• Maintains a thorough knowledge of current operational status of plant and equipment in all sections by reference to daily instructions, logbooks and shift changeover communications.• Maintains and updates a thorough knowledge of all procedure e.g. Operation Procedure & Guideline (OPG), Operation Standing Instruction (OSI), Standing Instruction (SI), Emergency Plant Response (EPR) and acknowledge all procedures at his own sections.• To have full understanding of Operation Standing Instruction (OSI) and Operation Procedure & Guideline (OPG) within his area, including all plant modifications

[Naphtha Cracker Plant] • To adhere and enforce safety rules and procedures by adopting ensure established safety code and practices and regulatory requirements to all employees working in safe and sound environment.• Operate and monitor the plant equipment operation. Plant patrolling and collect field data. Recognize and identify any situation or problem that may be lead to safety equipment and/ or products quality. Check product sample and check the quality/ make necessary adjustment to meet the specification.• Check and identify plants equipment for maintain and raise work request. Carry out housekeeping and equipment cleaning.• Issue safe work permit/ safety watch. Start-up/ Shutdown/ Commissioning of equipment's. Safety equipment checking. Assist in other areas.• Log book writing and handling over. Carry out assignment given by superior from time to time. Check selected rotating equipments. Top up lube oil and seal oil when required. Check out selected flange tightening when required.• Carry out routine preventive corrective maintenance monitoring on selected rotating equipment.
