My concern was always solving problems, extracting patterns, making contributions, and being effective. Routine tasks make me bored, I found out in my first career. In one of my jobs, my supervisor said: "You're not a student! Stop learning and do your duties." That place was a well-known research institute. I love to discover new subjects, however.My latest career began with a question. "How are agendas set in the policy process?" I had read too many papers, but I should have gotten involved. I began to make connections with policymakers to answer my question. As a result, I started my work as an RA at MCLS to learn the policy process. This way is continued at BSSC with one difference: "Being effective" is not my interest, but It is my commitment. This was my journey in this career:)
