From an early age I have known that I wanted a career in Physical Education/soccer. After receiving bachelor of foreign language, because of that passion I received my master's of Science in Physical Education. I used my degree to teach Physical Education & Health. I then went on to earn my PhD in Physical Education/Sports Science with a concentration in exercise physiology. I am a strength and conditioning coach that progressively developed into an applied sport scientist, with a main emphasis on football (soccer). My work has focused on intervention strategies and profiling assessments that may improve players’ physical and technical potential, using a scientific approach whenever possible. I am currently in my 9th year of teaching and coaching. I am a certified teacher in the state of ISFAHAN. I was assistant soccer coach for 6 years;conditioning coach and health supervisor for 5 years. I have developed different training methods such as small sided game (SSG) and resistance-plyometric (complex training) to achieve the best performance of players.
