Founding manager of AI function in procurement, responsible to design Cloud-first data analytics and AI strategy and execute it in Google Cloud to facilitate central data access and reporting that enabled data-driven decision making. The main innovation that drove the success in my business was to provide life time warranty and support to all products and services we sold - it gave unquestionable trust to our customers. Strategically, in the third year, we expanded our business to hardware repair and maintenance by employing sharp minds and leading them to unleash their full potential in the areas they studied and loved - this line of business not only supported our sales but also created a net new business with high margin that could increase our cash flow significantly.
