This includes analysis of staff turnover and retention, and identification and development of organizational climate surveys and staff engagement surveys. •Developed and managed the evaluations of SAMHSA funded projects, including a Primary and Behavioral Care Integration (PBHCI) program for seriously mentally ill individuals and a trauma focused program for military families. •Oversaw two state-wide suicide prevention projects funded by California Mental Health Authority (CalMHSA).
