I've been responsible for the daily maintenance workflow, using a Kanban approach. I've been the link between our many stakeholders and, as such, been in close communication with our sales department, product/business developers, customer service, data analysts and many external providers. In my role as a software development project manager, I've also been responsible for the implementation of new projects. Both in collaboration with our in-house developers, as well as external developer teams. Here, I've been a big proponent of working with agile principles and SCRUM methodologies (I have a SCRUM Master certification). I've learned the value of sprint planning, kick-offs, and retrospectives.
