Providing superior standard of Facilities Management service across UAE including Airlines Pilot accommodation of Emirates, Nshama Town-square residential project.Responsibilities: ● Handling Operation & Maintenance of HVAC System - FCUs, FAHUs, and all split /duct units. ● Supervision of all Electrical and plumbing jobs and all the subcontractor work. ● Trouble Shooting, reducing breakdowns, ensuring maximum availability of equipment’s, planning & executing Time/Condition based Preventive Maintenance. ● Ensuring the Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators and customer satisfaction is meet in line with contract requirements. ● Managing of EHSQ practices and policies, i.e. conducting Risk Assessment, signing of Method Statements and Permits to Work. ● Responsible for providing toolbox talk to all staff to enhance safety and quality of service delivery. ● Responsible for preparing the planned preventive maintenance schedule for the entire assets as per site requirements. ● Responsible to prepare day to day duty schedule for all technicians/ 3rd party contractors. ● Responsible of all day to day service requests/ complaints from the client/ tenants to ensure the completion as per agreed SLA time frames.● Liaise with 3rd party personnel in the execution of Imdaad contracts.● Preparing monthly reports of site operation and financial activities.● Monitoring the maintenance costs, maintenance tools, materials and equipment in store.● Site visits, supervise the projects by third party contractors and check the quality of jobs● Assist in product purchasing and order fulfilment activities such as taking orders, giving pricing information, determining appropriate shipping methods, routes and rates, etc.● Provide price and cost proposals in response to customer’s requests● Preparation of variable quotations to client/ tenant for the work which not laying under the scope of work mentioned in SLA.

Position: Project Design and Costing Engineer.Responsibilities:● Design and developing of Special purpose machinesa. Hydro and pneumatic leak testing machines for machine components.b. Industrial washing cum blowing machines with manual, conveyor equipped loading/ unloading mechanism.c. Assembly stations and automatic functional testing machines.d. Tiltable gravity die casting machines.e. Auto loader-unloader for sand core crushing machines.● Selection of Hydraulic/ Pneumatic cylinders, bearings, gearboxes in line with design calculation.● Developing algorithms for automation programming and assembling the machine parts, fixing different types of sensors in order to safe and efficient operation.● Preparation of proposal for customers optimised expenditure estimation and applying profit rate as per market condition.● Collection and making decision of the quotes from the suppliers as per the cost, time and quality of job completion.● Have done reverse engineering of various industrial machines in order to overcome their physical and functional drawbacks.
