For example, she took on a challenging approval chain ticket from a very knowledgeable client. The setup seemed correct, but the behavior was inconsistent. Despite the client’s restricted security and proxy policies, Safa was able to determine the root cause of the inconsistencies in their validation criteria and deliver a satisfactory resolution to the client. Safa also has tremendous interpersonal skills and is an excellent teacher. She was already mentoring new hires after only working at TopBloc for a few months. On several occasions I observed Safa clearly explaining important fundamental concepts with a great deal of patience and kindness.
