I am an Associate Lawyer in the Financial Services group where I am building a broad corporate finance practice.I am dedicated to tailoring my work to fit every client’s unique needs and am committed to delivering high quality and efficient legal service.During my time at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, where I pursued my Juris Doctor, I was involved in a variety of legal work. In my first year of law school, I volunteered for the Toronto Community Benefits Network where I helped research key elements for developing a social procurement toolkit, focused on fostering economic inclusion in the Toronto community. In the summer after my first year, I volunteered at a Toronto based law firm where I took part in a COVID-19 initiative to provide frontline healthcare workers with free wills and Power of Attorney documents. In my second year of law school, I was selected for an externship at Silent Voice Canada, a not-for-profit dedicated to providing community support to deaf Canadians, where I worked with the board of directors to address legal governance issues. During the summer following my second year, I worked as a summer student at Miller Thomson where I completed a variety of transactional legal work. Upon graduating law school, I returned to complete my articling term at Miller Thomson. During articling, I gained valuable experience in corporate finance, after which I was hired into the Financial Services group as an Associate. My academic and professional foundation allow me to offer a versatile skill-set to clients.
