Responsibilities:- Sourcing, negotiating prices, analyzing quotations and recommending awarded quotation in coordination with user department.- Doing the POs and executing them with the suppliers.- Stock planning in coordination with logistic section.- Analyzing monthly purchases and reporting to supply chain manager and finance.- Controlling stock: fast moving, slow moving and non-moving items in coordination with logistic and end user department.- Expiries analyzing, reporting, and acting of returning to vendor or disposing.- Assisting with vendors reconciliation with Account payable section of finance department Experience gained:- Good analytical skills - good sourcing and negotiating skills - Good reporting skills and using Microsoft Excel and SPSS software - Good communication skills and experience in using Microsoft Outlook
