.HAAD license holder, with more than 20years of experience and currently working as a Cssd Supervisor*Managed the complete renovation and upgrade the CSSD at Zayed Military Hospital, Introduced several new policies and procedures, and trained CSSD staff on new procedures to bring the department to international standards and JCI requirements.o Work as safety representative and internal auditor( Tasneef course) in the department to implement the OSHAD system.o Work as infection control link.o Help the department to comply with the JCI requirement.o Part of ZMH training center.Staff management responsibilities including performance management, staff interviews & selection, orientation andpreceptor-ship. Duties delegated according to scope of practice and staff abilities. Stock and equipment are managed and controlled according to hospital policy Follow appropriate cost containment practices Budgets are compiled and managed according to guidelines and requirements CSSD records meet legal requirements and are done according to standards and JCIA requirements Conduct regular audits, identify & report incidents and medico-legal risks and take corrective and/or preventative action where necessary.
