Responsibilities: • Assist in department regular operations • Daily Report of Warehouse Operations • Coordination with transport and courier • Coordination with suppliers for Raw and Packing material • Quality checks of each operations and assists in audits of warehouse & branch inventory. • Responsible for safe operations and handling of stocks • Staff training and Team building activities • Responsible for safe operations and handling of stocks • Daily COD cash Reconciliation • Monthly Vendors Reconciliation • Assign Areas to Riders for Deliveries • Manage 3PL Partners Issues and quarries • Updating Shipper Advice excel sheet and sharing report on email on daily basis • Calling Courier company in case of any issue • Calling at Returns received in WH, if skipped in Shipper advice • Arranging Re-forwarding from received returns - (Labeling, Delivery) • Processing returns in H.M & Vend • Placing return products in right box of relevant merchant • Updating AVI sheet when returns received • Dispatch AVI/Returns to vendors at month end • Sending orders to Merchants via email and moving orders from ATM to RTS
