We offer you a choice of all three Certified Manager Examinations that are approved by the state of Florida. The curriculum used for our basic food safety course is Food Safety First!, also a state approved program, and was written and produced by Drexel University.Safe Food Systems has developed their highly successful Certified Food Manager course curriculum over the past several years. This five-hour course covers all the information needed to prepare students to pass the examination and students are given two hours to complete the exam. We are proud of the fact that 97% of our students pass the exam on their first attempt after attending our course.
