You may elect to receive manager certification examinations through the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals, or Prometric. We offer you a choice of all three Certified Manager Examinations that are approved by the state of Florida. The curriculum used for our basic food safety course is Food Safety First!, also a state approved program, and was written and produced by Drexel University.Safe Food Systems has developed their highly successful Certified Food Manager course curriculum over the past several years. This five-hour course covers all the information needed to prepare students to pass the examination and students are given two hours to complete the exam. We are proud of the fact that 97% of our students pass the exam on their first attempt after attending our course. Successful completion of either of our courses will satisfy the appropriate requirements of the state mandated food safety statutes.Safe Food Systems conducts food safety classes and administers certification examinations in many cities throughout the state of Florida.
