Insurance Agent duties include quoting clients premiums for various types of plans including life insurance, disability, dental, vision, and Medicare. I assist my clients with customer service issues and help my clients have a smooth transition on to whatever policy they elect to enroll in.Administrative Assistant duties effectively running proposals for Medicare customers, analyzing technical problems and maintaining computer support, scheduling, telephones and front desk reception, data entry, processing of insurance applications, and re-projecting life insurance policies.

I am in charge of Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Research. My duties include creating a digital logo, business cards, website, marketing material to advertise the company, business emails and signatures, birthday, thank you, and sympathy cards, letterhead, signage, and any additionally needed graphic design. I am also responsible for maintaining social media accounts and website updates. I am in charge of orchestrating community involvement, advertising campaigns, social media outreach, branding effort, and updating records to new compliance standards.

Main responsibility was Accounts Receivable, collecting and posting payments to vendor accounts. Titled vehicles, including new, used, and wholesale, dealer trades, courtesy deliveries, and dealer assignments. Chrysler Warranty Claims, parts and service cashier, parts and service bank deposits, answered multi-line switchboard, dispersed messages, assisted customers, filing, prepare bank contracts, and daily records.
