I was responsible for ensuring Rapid7's global markets receive fitting solutions messaging, collateral, and information across all product lines (SIEM, Vulnerability Management, AppSec, SOAR, Pentesting, and Services) I enable sales people both internally and externally on Rapid7's solutions, technology and research capabilities. I get involved in social media and blogging, design and narrate webcasts, author collateral of all shapes and sizes, and lead go-to-market campaigns and product launches. I'm also on point for anything GDPR (Yep, I know seemingly everyone is, but I do know a reasonable amount of stuff about GDPR, and I'm genuinely interested in helping people understand it).I *LOVE* doing public speaking engagements too, GDPR-related or indeed on all sorts of security gubbins. During 2013 I was responsible for the product management of Anti-Malware Core Technologies, providing behavioural detection capabilities to over 20 million consumer endpoints. My 2014/15 remit included GTI File Reputation, White and Greylist Management, Content Safety, Trusted Source SDK, McAfee DAT Reputation, and operational telemetry (Atlas).In 2016 I worked with the Web Security team on improving UI/UX and Reporting.

The Global Threat Response Team are the eyes, ears, and voice of McAfee Labs. I was responsible for managing a team of researchers and analysts across multiple geographies, who handled customer escalations from our Support organisation. The scope of engagement ranged from handling major incidents such as enterprise-wide outbreaks right through to documentation requests. My role involved interfacing with all aspects of the company including engineering, research, support, sales and product teams, as well as much interaction directly with McAfee customers - from IT operations to risk management to the c-suite, and everyone in between. Excellent communication skills, pro-activeness, a strong sense of ownership and urgency, and the ability to stay focused and calm when faced with a crisis situation are all vital to succeeding in the role, as is a love of adrenaline and a caffeine addiction.There was rarely a dull day.

Responsible for the support experience of number of named enterprise customers, providing pro-active account management and technical advice. Oversee the resolution of technical issues, drive high severity escalations and frequently co-ordinate with global Support, Sales and Product Management teams to ensure my customers get the best attention at all times. . Specialisation in anti-virus and end point security products. and a member of the support threat escalation group, maintaining a strong relationship with McAfee Labs.
