I've been a faculty member of the Computer Department at the Islamic Azad University - Shiraz Branch since 2005.In 2006, I also became responsible for the information technology management at the university and remained in charge of this task for 11 consecutive years, up until September 2017. Consequently, I gained valuable technical and managerial experiences in the information technology management field.During my 11-year tenure as the University's Information and Communication Technology Manager, I became familiar with Virtualization, Network Management, and Microsoft Server Setup. I also took professional courses on these topics.In late 2008, while being a university professor and having an executive position, I entered the business world and the private sector in the software field.At that time, my principal skills were in SQL Server and Oracle databases and Delphi and C# programming languages. My specialization was in the design, programming, and management of databases.In the middle of my career and with the advent of the Android operating system, I also started working in this field and wrote an Android training book, which was well-received.After that, I became interested in software engineering and topics such as analysis, RUP and UML modeling, scrum methodology, team building, and intra-team communications. Therefore, I worked and focused on them to the point where I could start holding courses, seminars, and webinars in this field.My other area of expertise is business intelligence, design and implementation of management dashboards, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and consulting in this field.Working simultaneously as a university professor, IT manager, and CEO of a software company, I realized that most software developers are weak at communication skills and generally lack soft skills. So, I decided to start reading and preparing content to improve software developers' soft skills, and I will soon publish a book on this subject.
