Current• Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing project plans, schedules, and timelines in coordinationwith project managers and stakeholders. This involves determining project milestones, deadlines, andresource allocation• Materials and Equipment Management: Monitoring the availability and usage of construction materials,equipment, and machinery. Supervisors coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery ofmaterials and proper maintenance of equipment.• Progress Reporting: Providing regular progress updates to project managers and stakeholders. Thisinvolves preparing progress reports, documenting work completed, and identifying any issues or delaysthat may impact project timelines.• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of construction activities, includingdaily logs, inspection reports, change orders, and as-built drawings. Supervisors ensure thatdocumentation is comprehensive and accessible for future reference.• Team Management: Leading and supervising construction teams, including foremen, laborers, andsubcontractors. Supervisors ensure that tasks are assigned effectively, workers are adequately trained,and work progresses according to schedule and quality standards.
