 Member of the Senior Leadership Team and Lead (Inspection) Nominee. Responsible, with the Academic Leadership Team, for developing, presenting, co-ordinating and monitoring the college 3 year strategic plan. Leadership of Quality, Teacher Training, Student Services and Student Support teams. Leadership on Quality Assurance, including positioning college practice with reference to qualification policy change Leadership on Safeguarding and Equality and Diversity Teaching, Learning and Assessment policy, including observation programme/process and action planning. Leadership on College policies, including development, review and monitoring (impact assessment) processes.  Leadership on staff training programmes (HE and FE), including annual CPD calendar. Leadership on VLE development and technology in learning, including the blended learning project and the introduction of Pro Monitor into the college. Leadership on inspection preparation, including developing the college inspection action plan and co-ordinating annual “Mocksted” events. Leadership on the development of the “Student First” project (aligned directly to the 3 year strategic plan) placing students at the heart of all college processes.  Management of the complaint process
