This research provided valuable information, validating the choice of sections highlighted for record use in in the survey redesign plan. - Led the team that developed the 2017 Field Staff survey, obtaining question proposals from stakeholders, fostering the questions through expert and management review, and ensuring the survey was administered by the United States Census Bureau on time.
