I am Responsible for full-stack architecture and the technology strategy across all products and solutions. As a technology leader, I facilitate defining the vision and strategy for the teams, technologies, and products. I Spearheaded the creation of a new product group with a focus on building design-driven cloud-native applications to help our customers with their digital transformation. I led the development of these products from inception to production. Helped with product vision and roadmap, created prototypes, built and coached teams. We have already delivered two products within two years contributing to a significant increase in the company's recurring revenue. These are cloud-native applications built using MEAN StackI am also working on strategy and roadmap of cloud-native transformation of Tango, our flagship SaaS product, with the following key objectives;● Breaking monolith to independently scalable and releasable microservices● Packaging services and apps into lightweight containers● Increasing quality and velocity of releases by leveraging CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.

Tango is Elixir Technologies’ flagship SaaS platform for creating and delivering customer correspondence (CCM). Tango has a very diverse technology stack ranging from C/C++ to Java to numerous front-end frameworks including ReactJS. I Made significant contributions to architecture, design, and the development of Elixir Tango. My primary responsibilities included;● Hiring, mentoring, evaluating team members.● Providing technical guidance and coaching to teams.● Troubleshooting complex design and architectural issues and ensuring resolution.● Working with product owners to ensure technical designs meet the business requirements.● Collaborate with teams to create and enforce best practices for design and development, driving high-quality deliverables

Established and led the solutions group at Elixir Technologies. This group was responsible for creating vertical market solutions around Elixir’s core products. Scaled the group from one small team to multiple teams working on different projects simultaneously. Successfully delivered multiple Solutions to some of the biggest names in the insurance and banking sector around the globe. Some of my primary responsibilities were;● Understanding business requirements and developing solutions and low-level technical designs accordingly● Bootstrap development, create and enforce best practices guidelines for development and design.● Hire, inspire, mentor, and evaluate team members● Provide technical guidance and coaching to teams● Plan, prioritize and delegate tasks to the teams● Collaborate with cross-functional peers, leaders, and clients to deliver projects successfully and drive closures

Created a Core Framework consisting of multiple services and components like users and rights management. This Core Framework provided the building blocks of multiple products and solution offerings.Led the Architecture and Design activities for all new development, prepared best practices guides, and conducted architectural audits of multiple products and services. Conducted a detailed analysis of current products in terms of tools, technologies, and frameworks being used, and prepared guidelines for adopting new tools, and technologies.

Out of grad school, I landed a job at Elixir as a C/C++ fan-boy, writing COM Components and ActiveXs. In the following years, I worked for many teams and got the opportunity to contribute to multiple products. Worked with different frameworks, technologies, and languages and developed full-stack from C/C++ backends to web front-ends and everything in-between.
