- Administration of the MDM AirWatch system, including the designing, installation, configuration, and implementation- Liaison with business units and AirWatch consultant for installations, deployments and, troubleshooting of new AirWatch releases and also evaluate new OS releases for Apple devices- Lead large and/or complex projects from a technical aspect and provide guidance and direction to less experienced technical staff on long-term, large-scale projects- Manage, maintain, support, troubleshoot and optimize the iOS device environment, its related iOS devices, and suggests adjustments and new system designs for future needs. - Provide Tier III support for all aspects of MDM, support, and provisioning of devices - Support includes 24x7 on-call support if/when needed- Monitor and track incidents and trouble calls in ChangeGear ticketing system in support of the incident and problem management process; recognize high priority tickets and take action within the expected SLA response time. Update all assigned tickets capturing troubleshooting activities and resolution.- Test and deploy enterprise applications, including the critical Flight Bag Documentation, for iOS devices - Creation and testing of images; imaging and resetting of devices when needed- Plan, create, deploy and enforce security and device management policies using AirWatch and Apple Configurator- App support, app interoperability with iOS and complimenting apps (Jeppesen, Comnply365 and AeroData)- Write and update knowledge articles to share device support knowledge- Function as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may direct the work of other staff members.- Review MDM program management monthly spend and set cost savings- Review Renodis/AT&T information and adjust program to reduce high visibility spend proactively- Track to goals/trends and show savings achieved- Technology lifecycle plan execution
