Duties includes largely:# Conducting field research (Survey, FGD, KII), data analysis using statistical and presentation packages, and report writing.# Writing both solicited and unsolicited proposals and inception reports for different development projects.# Developing course curriculum for training for Startups and SMEs and taking sessions on different topics like impact investment, impact measurement and management, product development, market sizing and so on.# Helping impact startups in developing ToC, designing data collection plans, developing data tracking and management systems and impact report writing.

> Maintaining a strong community affiliation through appropriate information outflow.> Assessing client’s gravity of need through coordination of Area Coordinators.> Planning, developing and implementing awareness programs.> Referring children with deformities to appropriate agencies for additional help.> Preparing reports for donors, government bodies and other agencies.

• Carried out research survey on Socio-economic issues of Bangladesh.• Moderated Focus Group Discussion, Facilitated Key Informant Interviews and did qualitative analysis.• Data Collection, management and analyzed data.• Statistical analysis of the data on SPSS and presented it to the national and international organization.• Report writing with statistical analysis and infographic for development organizations from home and abroad.
