Albaker Investments, Cafe Delord, Lincontro and upcoming projects.● Diagnose fault accurately through remote access and follow up with customers via e-mails, chat or phone calls ● Handling Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 and Google G-Suite.● Workflow Design and Master Administration of Odoo Open ERP. ● Inventory management of Albaker Group of Companies.● Lead the coordination activities and provide technical support for data hostingservices from data center vendor ( AWS )● Develop programs to extract user data automatically from database and present thedata analysis report to business stakeholders● Lead the software project management tool (JIRA) to ensure smooth workflow.● User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and test plans.
