I am currently doing my doctoral research in Biomolecular NMR spectroscopy under the supervision of Dr. Vinesh Vijayan at IISER-TVM. I have mastered the following skills during my research career.1. Expertise in the expression and purification of proteins including isotopic labeling utilizing AKTA system2. Proficient in peptide synthesis using solid-phase peptide synthesizer and purification through HPLC3.Skilled in utilizing various NMR spectroscopic techniques, including both solid-state (ssNMR) and solution NMR, as well as relaxation-based experiments to investigate protein structure and dynamics. Also analyzing and processing of the spectra using Topspin, NMRPipe and sparky.4.Optimized protein phase separation conditions and monitored the process using a range of microscopic techniques, including DIC, Phase contrast, TEM, Fluorescence, and confocal microscopy.5. Experience in employing biophysical techniques including circular dichroism, ThT fluorescence assay, UV/Vis spectroscopy, FTIR and FRAP.6. Two years of experience as teaching assistant and conducting practical lab session as lab assistant7. Excellent organizational skill, Good written and oral communication skill, Actively participated in various conferences and assisted in drafting and securing research grants.
