[KPI Management]• Design, develop, and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate departmental performance.• Conduct in-depth analysis of KPI data to uncover trends, identify issues, and pinpoint areas requiring improvement.•Partner with the production coordinator to establish realistic KPI targets and benchmarks.• Perform regular reviews of KPI performance and offer actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.• Compile, prepare, and deliver detailed KPI performance reports to senior management.

Responsibilities:**Implementation and Maintenance of 5S and 3R Principles**• Implement and maintain the 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in all work areas.• Develop and implement waste reduction and recycling programs based on the 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle).• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with 5S/3R standards and identify areas for improvement.• Train employees on 5S/3R principles and best practices.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
