I am proud to have been the first Finance hire for Reem Hospital, a greenfield hospital project in Abu Dhabi, which opened in Q1 2021. This USD200M+ project is a collaboration with Investcorp, Vamed, and GCC investors. As a key member of the team, I am responsible for the following achievements:• Developing and maintaining a dynamic financial model that serves as the basis for the 5 Year Plan, annual and monthly cashflow budgets and forecasts.• Periodically reporting actuals against budgets and forecasts, conducting detailed variance analysis, and presenting insights to the Board to enable them to make strategic decisions.• Setting up finance functions, processes, controls, and policies to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with financial regulations.• Successfully implementing SAP S4Hana FICO (ERP) and integrating it with the Health Information System (Trakcare).• Collaborating closely with the Business Development and Clinical teams to identify new opportunities and develop dynamic models for feasibility analysis.• Proactively working as a Finance Business Partner to lead discussions on areas of improvement, cost control, and revenue optimization.• Developing a comprehensive Hiring Plan aligned with the Financial Model and in accordance with the Clinical team and HR requirements.I am proud of my contributions to the success of Reem Hospital, and I look forward to continued involvement in this exciting project.

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, I was responsible for supporting and maintaining CCAD's financial systems and applications while driving process and performance improvements. My primary duties and responsibilities include:• Analyzing business trends and assisting in financial forecasts and long-range planning processes with business leaders.
