Ever since its formation it is exporting its total production to the International Markets.I was employed to oversee Electrical and Control system side of powerhouse/processing unit and to manage technical team at the plant for smooth operation and maintenance.Key Responsibilities:- Liaison and creating business relationship with control system product vendors and distributors to inquire about machine specs, control system parts and instruments.- Operations and maintenance of Processing unit/ Stitching Unit.- Creating software backups of PLCs and VFDs installed in house.- Developed central plant production reporting system (SCADA) with remote access using Siemens S7 300 and Simatic WinCC for printing and batching machines.- I&C Engineering Documents and Drawings.- Manage reports regarding electricity generation and fuel consumption data.- Manage Routine and preventive inspection/maintenance of Gensets installed in house.- Instrument, Analyzer and Valve Specification & Sizing.- Managing erection of complete processing unit machines and distribution system.

ITI Energy Limited manufactures a compact and highly efficient thermal conversion technology based on a patented advanced gasification design. Combined with the most up to date, commercially available gas clean-up systems the technology generates a synthetic gas that is clean enough to fuel an internal combustion engine.My role is to provide Assistance in Commissioning and Controls of Bentinck Gasification Waste to Energy project which was in Phase 1, where single Gasifier provides clean synthetic gas to engine to generate 1.7 MWe/hr Nett to the grid and processes 12,000 tons of RDF.Key Responsibilities:• Assistance in Commissioning and Controls.• Hands on experience with Allen Bradley ControlLogix, CompactLogix PLCs.• Hands on experience with RSLogix 5000 and Factory Talk Studio.• Troubleshooting Electrical and Control signal failures.• Operations and Maintenance of Continuous Gas Emissions Monitoring System.• Maintaining and Updating I/O Schedule and Instrument Schedule.• Drawing and Updating Plant Schematics.• Designing and modification of system components.• Various Instruments/Sensor Calibrations.• Control Checks of instruments.• Procuring instruments.• Preparing Commissioning Sheets.• Preparing Operator's Manual for systems.• Drafting Control Philosophy/FDS of Plant controls.• Liaison with electrical/controls consultants/subcontractors.
