Specialist - Talent Acquisition
Current- Working as a Individual contributor and manage end-to-end hiring for the BFSI, Industry & Technology Business Unit and supported hiring for Competence Development Centre (CDC) whenever required.
- Develop hiring strategies aligned with business leader requests and actively participate in daily sync-up calls with VP and Directors.
- Forecast new requirements and strategize for hiring plans; collaborate with the Talent Supply Chain team to explore internal talent first, resorting to external hires if needed.
- Utilize online portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Cutshot, Hirist, Instahire to address the immediate hiring request.
- Efficiently manage candidates pipeline; screen both inbound and sourced candidates.
- Conduct initial recruiter interviews to understand candidates' experience and plan subsequent interviews.
