For most of my career, I have worked as a legislative and policy analyst for Native American, Education and Environmental issues. Through my experience on Capitol Hill and in National Associations, I helped shape the political landscape of Native American, Education and Science and Arts policy, as well as consistently advance appropriations in support of National and Local programs. I successfully elevated the visibility of Native American and Educational issues through Capitol Hill and the Administration – specifically working with Tribal Colleges and Universities and K-12 programs on and near reservation communities.After ten years in legislative and policy work, I decided to follow my other passion of culinary and the restaurant industry. As interesting and exciting as that experience was, I was glad to be back in the field of Native American affairs working as a Government Contractor.Specialties: Lobbyist and policy analyst for environmental and Native American organizations. Was the lead personnel for the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs, Budget, Appropriations Committee for a Senior US Senator. Government Contractor with numerous Departments of the Administration.
