BOP, Consumable. Implement quality policy to ensure Customer delight Lead the team by needful empowerment / Support & Guide the team mates to achieve set targets by ensuring required resources Train and guide team members to achieve flexibility through multi skilling in operations and helps for their personnel growth Bring Cultural change – “TPM Culture” through structured training & by empowering motivated team mates Define criteria / policy for Appreciation programs & reward achievers To motivate team to improve Quality, Quantity, Cost, time of production, reduction in breakdown, Safety & Housekeeping through suggestion scheme. Design and formulate Goals /KRA for all levels in manufacturing  Approve Quality system manual / system changes / deviations Track the Production Losses in manufacturing and ensure CAPA are implemented Maintain safe working environment by taking care of man, machine and mold safety Identify potential leaders in the team to groom for Future growth requirements Lead Sunrise and sun set meeting – as a platform to keep team members updated about customer requirements/ critical quality issues faced/ shortfall or urgencies to be delivered to customers/ Brief them about market updates, technical enhancement in industry/ competitors/ share new learning/ shortfall on expectations etc. To adhere compliance of factory rules and statutory requirements Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time delivery to customer Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program

 Responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining quality systems of the organization accordance to ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016. To ensure that HSE Management System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with International Standards ISO 14001 (EMS) & ISO 45001 (OHSAS).  Prepare Annual Audit Plan & audit schedule for system, process & product audit.  Conduct Internal Audits as per the audit schedules, and prepare the status of the audits. Preparing minutes of the meeting & follow up with all concerned to ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions as proposed in the MRM. To conduct follow up audits to ensure corrective actions as proposed by the respective units have been corrected. Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization Reporting the QMS performance of organization to top management & MD Ensure training of employees is organized as per the identified training needs. Maintain overall quality records related to PPAP,APQP, G8D & Countermeasure Face the customer audits. SPC, MSA & Layout inspection plan should be conduct Implementation of X Bar, R Bar chart in shop floor Implementation of visual management in shop floor Tracking and controlling of internal and external PPM Responsible for overall quality related issues in unit. Customer complaint handling & conducting visual kappa study for aesthetic issues. Responsible for Corrective & preventive actions for customer complaints.  Participation in FMEA for internal and external complaints.
