* Processing monthly payroll & Off-cycles for ~2700 headcount.* Managing Payroll Compliances (PF, MLWF, PT, Income Tax) & ensuring compliance with Company policies and government regulations* Managing Day-to-Day Payroll operations and escalations* Preparing job aids and Standard Operating Procedures for Payroll & Benefits stream.* Utilize tool to manage and respond to employee inquiries and issues* Management Reporting includes Preparation of Monthly Dashboard & Incident tracker. * Provide timely and accurate resolution to employee issues in line with agreed service level agreements * Manage daily team needs, ensuring coverage to meet daily operations requirements* Review and resolve processing error reports identifying opportunities for continual process improvement* Research and resolve accounting issues impacting general ledger and bank transactions* Maintain the highest level of data security and confidentiality* Cross training within team and training new resources to ensure No BCP impact on Process
