(OSD, Semisolid and Hormone).Follow up with the QC, QA & packing team for packing completion, BPR submissions & release of batches to ensure daily dispatches.Providing JIT items (Bottles and Shippers) requirement for batches stared in manufacturing and communicating priorities for procurement.Tracking and Consumption of near before retest and expiry date RM and PM to avoid material write off.Follow up for RM/PM with Procurement department.Support R & D to file ANDA for US & EU market.Material planning & scheduling of R & D batches without affecting the commercial production.Taking Quarantine Approval for all EU & ROW Batches for quarantine dispatches.Communication with warehouse for all dispatch related activities.Generating Process Orders for manufacturing & packing for Hormone as per monthly plan.Checking material receipts for Hormone monthly plan on daily basis and prioritize releases with QC department.Ensure the monthly average plan compliance to the demand plan 85% on a YTD basis and not less than 90% in any month.Perform review of “Format Control Audit Log” monthly reports on a monthly basis for PPIC department.Co-ordination, Facilitation, Tracking and Execution of activities related to training as a Departmental Training Administrator.

Ensure correct pallet labels are printed and pasted on palletized FG.Ensure correct Finished Goods are loaded as per given packing list.Liaising with central excise superintendent, obtain bottle seals preparing stuffing documents, stuffing and release the container without any delay.Availing CENVAT Credit on inputs within the stipulated time limit.Maintaining RG-1 RegisterPreparing and submitting (e-filing) central excise returns like ER-1, ER-4, ER-5, ER-6 & ER-7 in stipulated time frame.Maintaining the document of recall & rejected finished goods product.Handling of incidents / deviation & change controls.Follow-up with Purchase & PPIC department.To assemble and review all documentation related stores.
