Invoice Processing: - Verification of purchases bills which includes rates, Terms as per PO, receipt and proper certification from authorized person.Invoice Booking:- To resolve the bill booking issues after invoice processing(Miro) & also book Debit note. Reconciliation: - Bank Reco, Vendor Reco, Customer Reco, Inter company Reco & GL scrutiny.Account Payable: - Prepare Vendor ageing, Vendor Payment through Chq/NEFT/RTGS. Fixed assets Accosting. Account Receivable: - Handling customer for Monthly collection. Balance confirmation: - Focus mainly on the Inter Company reconciliation & timely confirmation of inter company balances. Vendor balance Reco. & confirm balance on monthly basis.Management Payable : - Payable management with respect to employee reimbursements including travel, entertainment and other claims. Also handle petty cash activity. Account Closing activity – Prepare monthly Provision sheet, Prepaid working sheet, assist in monthly & Year end account closing activityMonitor and analyze accounts payable metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.Supervise and lead the accounts payable team, providing guidance and training as necessary. Ensure the team's efficiency and accuracy in processing invoices and payments. MIS: - Prepare various types of financial MIS.1. Fund requirement MIS at unit level (Cash Flow) – Monthly basis.2. Transporter outstanding – Daily basis.3. Vendor Ageing – weekly basis.4. Pending invoice & vendor advances – weekly basis.5. Expenses summary sheet – Monthly basis.6.
