• Provides general, entry-level support to the engineering department. Verifies and tests assigned metrics on projects.• Enters test results into quality control database.• Identifies potential areas of product improvement; recommends and assists with development ofappropriate solutions.• Ensures compliance with applicable company and client quality requirements in all assigned programs,functions, products, and areas.• Identifies and reports problems with specific processes or products to senior engineers.

• Performing basic duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies, Documentations.• Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.• Assisting the Front Office team.• Assisting with inventory control.• Assisting and supporting management.

• Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.• Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.• Managing and overseeing the dealership's workflow and schedule.• Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.• Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments.Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide our Service Technicians with the information required to provide excellent service.

• Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair• Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ problems and provideaccurate repair recommendations• Inspect vehicles according to the state’s requirements for emissions and safety• Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
