Cross selling targets progressively.• Sale of MF and insurance products.• Fee income.• Customer Relationship Management• Own all branch-banking objectives and overall branch supervision• Ensure achievement of overall Branch Targets by generating business and cross sales• Key Customer Relationship Management & supervision of all High Net Worth customer programs• Complaints Handling• Review Branch Operations reports• Branch Merchandising & co-ordination with Marketing at product level• Ensure compliance with Banking rules, Regulations & Procedures• Periodic review of progress vs. objectives• Ensure clarity of Business objectives among staff

• Currently responsible for acquiring new customers for delivering branch balance sheet growth (CASA / TD). Handling three Branches two Branches of Ropar and one Branch of Kurali• Deploy appropriate manpower and achieve optimum levels of productivity for transaction throughput to central manpower cost.• Managing the team of 3 Team Leaders and 30 sales executives• Ensure teamwork in accordance with Company standards, regulation and ethics.• Build compliance culture by regular monitoring and training.• Implement lead and activity management system• Host events for customers to develop new and long-term relationship• Maintain appropriate penetration using third party product for FEE generation• Maintain relationship with institutional and large advances clients

• Handling the Asset products portfolio and business done by Retail Cross Liability Group from corporates & Branch, like Home Loan, Personal Loan, Auto Loan, Two Wheeler Loan, Loan against Property, and Loan against Security, Credit Cards etc.• Organizing Events& Activities at corporates & Branch to augment target customers.• Formulating, planning and implementing effective Data Generation/Sales Promotion Activities• Helping the product teams in selecting, recruiting and training the sales teams• To develop the relationship with key Persons in HR / Administration and get permission for arranging the Asset Desk activity inside the premise. • To co-ordinate with various product teams for the fulfilment and disbursal of the leads generated during the activities and also smoothening the Process for the same• Co-ordinating with the Tele- Calling team to promote the products & special schemes if any.

• Achieving Sales target of given territory (Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Patiala, J&K)• Recruiting, training & motivating sales team. • Carrying out product presentations and interactions with Doctors, Hospitals.• Ensuring professional relationship with the Doctors. • Ensure optimum stock levels at Chemist outlets. • Organizing CME’s and participating in conferences, seminars, workshops for our products business development.• Ensure company norms of inventory management & paid of stocks are implemented at stockist level.
