ð Corporate Planning for Works keeping minimum inventory of all plants, branches and depots across India.ð Co-ordinate with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Purchase & Finance to plan production at all plants.ð Responsible for Supply chain management, Inventory management, Material Requirement Planning.ð Workout production-plan according customer requirement & arranging for customer inspection/third party inspection.ð Day-to-day co-ordination with all plants for improving efficiency by optimizing available resources so that production feasibility can be increased with decrease in idle time of production.ð Monitoring stock level of Fast Moving materials and accordingly informing the same to co-ordination team along with the schedules so that there will be availability of materials at any time to users so that organization’s goal can be achieved effectively.ð Conducting daily shop floor meetings with active involvement of production, purchase & marketing.ð Maintain proper documentation like Indent, Purchase order, Job order, Delivery schedule etc.ð Initiating process improvements by collecting and collating data and implementing it in the real time environment using automated systems. ð Follow up for Non-Moving, Slow Moving Material along with Expired materials. SAP Experience: ð Creation & Maintaining on regular basis, Material Master for all plants for material relating to ‘MM’ Module for the following Material types: ROH, VERP, HALB, FERT, ERSA, ZCAP, ZSCP, UNBW, HAWA.ð Analysis, configuration & creation of Organization structure, material master with maintenance of Basic data, MRP, Bill of Materials, Work center and co-relation with cost centers, Routing, Work scheduling, Engineering Change Master, Material Requirements Planning, Shop Floor Control, Repetitive Manufacturing profile & production versions.ð Planning issues includes both Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock strategies.
