Civil Engineering and Construction Management Professional @ HDRWith over six years of experience in civil engineering and construction management, I am currently working as a Civil Coordinator at HDR, a global engineering and consulting firm. I have a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Graduate Certificate in Construction Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology, as well as several industry certifications, such as Construction Management-In-Training (CMIT), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30 Hours Construction Course, and National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) Level 1.My core competencies include performing and logging inspection of civil projects related to roads, bridges, water/wastewater facilities, pump stations and pipelines; conducting and documenting observations of floodwall construction activities, including pile work, excavations, rebar inspection, formwork and concrete pouring; evaluating and recording field issues with existing structures and utilities; reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications; and supporting the Resident Engineer with submittal reviews, payment applications, and quality assurance. I have also contributed to structural building inspections, as-built surveys, and project scheduling and estimating using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Primavera.
