Achieving the SLA’s & managing team’s productivity & metrics. Entering invoices from various locations for payment into the ORACLE. Ensured timely processing & payment of credit memos. Liaising with vendors to ensure invoices compliant, response and investigate vendor queries. Duplicate review before entering data into financials Preparing weekly/monthly reports as needed for AP Ensuring that all the internal controls are met while processing the invoices Facilitating invoice corrections & payment of the invoices. Working on various tax invoices for multiple countries.Working on PO invoice for payments using 2-way,3-way, 4 Way matching method
