I am an ICT System Administrator at APEX Australia, a vocational and higher education provider, where I support the IT systems and services for the staff and students. I joined APEX Australia in October 2023, after working as an IT Support Specialist at Evolution Hospitality Institute, the leading hospitality education provider in Australia, for nine months.I have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from King's Own Institute, and I have completed the Professional Year Program at William Light Institute which enhances my professional skills and network. I also hold multiple certifications in Microsoft 365 Administration, IT Service Desk Management, and ITIL® Foundation Concepts, which demonstrate my proficiency and knowledge in the IT field. My goal is to obtain a full-time position within an IT firm that will allow me to utilize and develop my skill sets further and contribute to the company's success.
