Built and launched a proprietary CRM platform simultaneously, in three new international geographies.Owned and managed the entire experience across all lifecycle domains; registration, billing, comms, customer self service and agent tools.Achieved 85+ NPS and rapid market entry, surpassing UK growth rates for comparable periods, achieving a peak of 60k new members.Managed a team of 20 engineers.
