Working as Assistant Manager (Operation and Migration) –Indian Payroll in Paysquare Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. from March2013 to till date. Effectively managed the end to end Payroll Process delivery for PAN India on a monthly basis for 30,000 employeesacross 100 clients with the help of team comprising of 27 members, also handling migration process and handlingSoftware development team. Have handed a team of 27 subordinates with 5 senior associates and responsible for end to end payroll andplaying a dual role as Operations lead and taking care of Migration process and software development with 2 subordinate. Involved in developing new formulas and methodology of checking payroll software. Ensuring completion of end to end quality check by verifying all the reports generated for all clients, 100%accuracy in all payroll activities, ensuring the statutory compliances is met within specified timelines inaccordance of state legislations. Understanding the payroll process of the clients & ensuring the team to generate Paylogic documentaccordingly. Prepare project plan for the Clients and assigning it to team members. Setting SLA and strictly adhere to all deadlines committed to clients. Driving conference calls and meets to understand client’s requirement. Providing Financial summary reports by coordinating with Finance and HR managers. Designing salary structure as per company (various clients) policy, ensure to meet Minimum Wage as per state norms & provide flexi salary components to save Income Tax. Execution of all the ETDS (Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4) related works including filing Handling flexi and reimbursement payroll structure clients. Monitoring on Team activity and motivating them to work, and give out put without errors. Monitoring, maintaining and advising KPI of team members. Judging employees overall performance in both work front and disciplinary factor, giving them proper feedbackgiven month on month for improvement. Making sure that proper work life balance with in me and team members is maintained so that there will be nocompromise on productivity. Playing a key role in handling integration activity by understanding client tools like SAP , Workday, etc.,
