Responsible for assisting the GEP implementation team and the customer with the design and deployment of the SMART by GEP solution (Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Projects and Procure to Pay). Understand Customer needs from solution and accurately document these for coordinating the build, testing and deployment of SMART and associated business processes. Liaise with Various internal teams (Document, Engineering, CMDS and PMG) Document action items and drive them to completion. Comprehend business problems and present the needed solution to the customer. Prepare Test scripts, tabulate the results and present it to the Internal implementation teamWork closely with domain set up team and track the progress for Environment such as QC, UAT and Production Testing end to end flow of all the modules in UAT and raise issues if any in JIRA. Arranging and driving cadence meeting with all internal teams to discuss Progress / issue with the specific module. Providing Demo to customer of the modules once ready.
